Some of you may have noticed already but we’ve updated our challenge board in the downstairs gym. This idea was suggested by one of our members and, as we value our members’ views highly, we put the idea into action, and the outcome has been very successful.
These brilliant workouts come from an organisation called Darebee. They’re a non-profit website run and maintained by a small group of volunteers and fitness professionals. They share a huge range of workouts that we believe will encourage everyone here at Palms to try new exercises and mix up their usual routine.
We’ve produced copies of their challenge workouts and placed them downstairs in the gym so that you can access them and take them around the gym with you for guidance. We’ve seen lots of members using the cards already and it’s great to see, so keep up the good work!
The challenges are variable and we’ll change them every four weeks. If there is something you would like to see on the wall at any time, then please let one of our instructors know, or you can leave your feedback and suggestions on the iPads in the main Palms reception area.
