Easter Eggxercise

Okay so we know that around the Easter break it’s hard to eat clean especially as the supermarkets have lots to choose from when it comes to those chocolate eggs, but we thought we would help you out with a workout that can be done before eating those rewarding treats.

Repeat all Eggxercises for 3-4 rounds before giving in to that delicious egg:

One minute bunny hops with skipping rope

Twenty hops side to side

30 bunny squat jumps

30 seconds of Eggxercise burpees

One leg egg pick-up – 10 each side

45 seconds of egg twist

1 minute egg removal plank

1 minute rest before you go again and remember 3- 4 rounds before you indulge in that chocolate!
