Physical activity has a huge impact across the nation, it’s there to increase your physical and mental health but it also helps you to learn new skills, make new friends and encourage you to do more! National Fitness Days’ main goal is to become the most active day and it includes EVERYONE, from a relaxing yoga class to a physical education class in schools…
WE ARE ALL GETTING INVOLVED!
We all know the benefits of regular exercise and we all want to be that person who makes good lifestyle choices, to live a healthier and happier life, but sometimes it’s hard. National Fitness Day is there to highlight how simple it is to get active and enjoy it, because you won’t find it a struggle if it’s enjoyable! Research has proven that if you exercise with company you are more likely to stick at it. The social side of group exercise classes is great and here at Palms Health and Fitness Club we offer a range of classes for you to take part in.
So the 7 Day Challenge for National Fitness Day starts on Thursday 20th September and we have lots of challenges for you to take part in and of course lots of goodies to win throughout the week; all building up to the big finale on Wednesday 26th September but we can’t tell you what it is yet as it’s a surprise!
