Meet our Fitness Instructors
Hi, I'm Tessa and I’m one of the Fitness Instructors at Palms, I have been in the dance and fitness industry for 5 years. It all began when I started my degree and I’ve never looked back since as I absolutely love my job. I understand how everyone is different when it comes to training and how you need to adapt to this to receive the best from your clients. I teach a range of my qualified classes here at Palms Health and Fitness Club as well as being one the of gym instructors/personal trainers in the gym. I am here to guide you and help you with anything along your fitness journey. I would love to see you in my classes, here are some of my qualifications and most I teach here at Palms. I can’t wait to see you in class! Sculpt, Zumba, Strong by Zumba, L.B.T, Kettlebells, Pad Work, Supple Strength, Stretch, Step, Spinning, Aqua Zumba, HIIT, Ba Honours Dance Degree, level 2 and 3 Fitness Instructing and Personal Training.
Jordan has been in the sports industry since 2011. He completed his level 2 fitness instructor qualification in 2012 and his level 3 personal trainer qualification in 2014, then created his personal training company Stephenson Fitness shortly after. Jordan specialises in weight loss and sport specific training. His other qualifications consist of BIBA Boxing Coach (British and Irish boxing association), Kettlebells Pro, Supply Strength, Circuits and Aqua. Hello, I'm Erik and I am one of the Fitness Instructors at Palms. I started using the Gym 10 years ago and it is part of my everyday life now. I love to look like a great example as a Fitness Instructor to keep people motivated and I always encourage them with their fitness journey. I was born in Slovakia where I became a trainer of first degree body-building and power-lifting and got the equivalent of level 2 fitness instructor, personal training and nutrition qualifications. I love all kinds of sport, from football to ice-hockey and skiing but I mostly spend my time in the Gym. I love my job and I love to help people lose weight and build strength. If you see me in Palms come and say hi, I am always around to help or answer any questions you might have!
