As many of you know January is an incredibly busy time for Potters Resort with the World Bowls being held here.
To get you in the spirit why not try out bowls inspired challenge?
All exercises are used with a ball, and would help you gain strength to be a bowls champion!
Here you go!
Medicine ball squats,
Medicine ball lunge,
Swiss ball in and out.
25 reps of each exercise
X5 – quick as you can. Record time.
